Watermelon and Passion Fruit Lemonade
Ingredients :
½ oz (15 ml) emerald unicorn syrup
3 oz (90 ml) watermelon juice
6 mint leaves lightly crushed
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Watermelon triangle (for garnish)
Preparation :
Clap the mint in the palm of your hand and add it to the glass with the rest of the ingredients, except the sparkling water.
Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a watermelon triangle
