Mimosa with Hazelnut Syrup

Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) hazelnut syrup

½ oz (45 ml) fresh orange juice

1 ½ oz (45 ml) dry sparkling wine with or Non-alcoholic dry sparkling wine

Orange zest (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a chilled champagne glass, pour the juice and syrup.

Slowly lengthen with sparkling wine.

Garnish with an orange zest.
