About our Mojito

It is a legendary cocktail, with obscure and distant origins. Some say his name means "little spell"; others say that it owes its creation to the explorer Sir Francis Drake and would be a derivative of El Draque; many claim that it would be an invention of sugar cane farm slaves to mask the taste of poor quality alcohol; still others say it was Ernest Hemingway's favorite cocktail in Havana… Regardless, the Mojito has gone down in history as one of Cuba's finest exports.
