Mojito with Strawberry Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) white rum or vodka
½ oz (15 ml) strawberry syrup
1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
6 mint leaves
1½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
A slice of strawberry and a bunch of mint (for garnish)
Preparation :
Clap the mint in the palm of your hand and add it to the glass with the rest of the ingredients, except the sparkling water.
Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of strawberry.
