Mojito with Mango Syrup

Ingredients :

1 oz (30 ml) dark rum

1/2 oz (15 ml) mango syrup

1/2 oz (15 ml) lime juice

6 mint leaves

2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

Mint (for garnish)

Preparation :

Clap the mint leaves in the palm of your hand, and place them in a tall glass (highball).

Pour in all the ingredients (except the sparkling water) and fill with ice.

Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh mint.
