1 ½ oz (45ml) vodka
½ oz (15 ml) Choco mint syrup
1 oz (30 ml) double espresso coffee
Coffee beans (for garnish)
In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with coffee beans.
About our Mocha Martini
The Espresso Martini was invented in the 80s to satisfy lovers of gourmet coffees and desserts who stubbornly refused to choose between the two. One of the greatest liquid desserts ever invented, it has a nice balance thanks to the vodka and coffee balancing out the sugar. We had to wait until 2021 for its contemporary variant with mocha coffee and mint. A chocolate coffee that tastes like “After Eight”? Where do I sign?
