About our Negroni

Appeared in 1919, created by Fosco Scarselli at the Casoni café in Florence for Count Camillo Negroni who was bored of always drinking an Americano, the Negroni is by far the most bitter of cocktails, and also the most appreciated by bar professionals. It is said to be the aperitif par excellence.
