Peach Old Fashioned
Ingredients :
2 oz (60 ml) bourbon
1 C. 1/2 tsp (5 mL) peach syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Orange zest (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients and fill with ice.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Strain into a short glass containing a large cube of ice.
Garnish with an orange zest.
About our Peach Old Fashioned
The Old Fashioned is without a doubt one of our favorite classics. However, some palates may find it a little strong in alcohol and that is why we add our peach syrup to it, which softens the alcohol and goes wonderfully with the smoky taste of bourbon! Peach syrup is the new simple syrup!
