Classic Pain Killer
1 ¼ oz (38 ml) amber rum (Jamaican)
1 ¼ oz (38 ml) dark rum (English)
2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
2 oz (60 ml) orange juice
1 oz (30 ml) unsweetened coconut cream
¾ cup (175 ml) ice cream
mint and nutmeg (for garnish)
In a blender add all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and pour into your favorite glass.
Garnish with an orange slice
mint and grated nutmeg.
