Paloma with Grapefruit Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) 100% agave or mezcal white tequila
½ oz (15 ml) grapefruit syrup
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
1 ½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
1 pinch of fleur de sel
Grapefruit slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
Add all ingredients, except sparkling water, to a tall glass filled with ice.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers are cool.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
