About our Paper Plane with NOA Italian Aperitif and NOA Italian Amaro
Based on the same principle of equal parts as the Last Word, the Paper Plane, although dating from 2008, is already on its way to becoming a classic! We owe the invention of this cocktail to Sam Ross, then bartender at the Violet Hour in Chicago. Its name is a reference to M.I.A.'s song Paper Planes, which Ross listened to on repeat while working on inventing his cocktail.
