Passion fruit Pina Colada with Passion Fruit Syrup

Pina colada au sirop de fruit de la passion
Ingredients :

1 1/2 oz (45 ml) white rum

3/4 oz (22 ml) passion fruit syrup

1/3 cup (80 ml) coconut milk

1 cup (250 ml) frozen pineapple cubes

Paper umbrella (for garnish)

Preparation :

Pour all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into a short glass or Tiki glass.

Garnish with a paper umbrella.
