Classic Pina Colada

Piña Colada
Ingredients :

2 oz (60 ml) white rum

¼ oz (8 ml) simple syrup or cane syrup

1 ½ oz (45 ml) unsweetened coconut cream

2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice

½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice

½ cup (125ml) ice

Paper umbrella (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a blender, combine all the ingredients.

Pour into a tiki glass.

Garnish with a paper umbrella.
