Pink & Tonic
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) gin (vegetable or fruity)
½ oz (15 ml) pink unicorn syrup
¼ oz (8 ml) fresh lime juice
1 ½ oz (45ml) tonic
1 ½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
Watermelon (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a wine glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the sparkling water and the tonic) and mix with a bar spoon or a chopstick.
Top with sparkling water and tonic.
Garnish with a few cubes of watermelon.
About our Pink & Tonic
A perfect pink Ginto for a perfect aperitif. The notes of watermelon and rhubarb combine wonderfully with the gins of the vegetable pastille. Choose a gin that doesn't have too much character, because this cocktail is all about delicacy and because girls love gin too!
