Classic Pink & Tonic
1 ½ oz (45 ml) gin (vegetable or fruity)
¼ oz (8 ml) fresh lime juice
4 oz (120 ml) tonic
4 watermelon cubes
Watermelon (for garnish)
In a wine goblet, mash the melon.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except the tonic).
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Lengthen with tonic.
Garnish with a few cubes of watermelon.
