Pool with Grapefruit Syrup

Ingredients :

1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic orange aperitivo

½ oz (15 ml) grapefruit syrup

2 oz (60 ml) non-alcoholic white wine

Orange slice (for garnish)

Preparation :

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a slice of orange.

About our Pool with Grapefruit Syrup

For some, a pool is simply the addition of ice to their white or rosé wine on a hot, humid day. For others? A fabulous citrus and slightly bitter aperitif. For us? Exactly the same, but non-alcoholic.
