Non-alcoholic Planter's punch with NOA Spiced Rum, Vanilla Syrup, and Grapefruit Syrup

Planter's Punch sans alcool avec rhum épicé NOA, sirop de vanille et sirop de pamplemousse
Ingredients :

1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic spiced rum

¼ oz (8 ml) vanilla syrup

¼ oz (8 ml) grapefruit syrup

¾ oz (23 ml) fresh orange juice

1 dash of Angostura bitters

¼ oz (8 ml) grenadine syrup

Orange slice (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a shaker, add all the ingredients (except the grenadine) and mix with ice.

Strain through a sieve into a tall glass filled with ice.

Carefully pour in the grenadine.

Garnish with an orange slice.

One of the oldest rum-based cocktails, Planter's Punch originated in Jamaica and is believed to date as far back as the 18th century. Rather than a fixed recipe, we are talking more about… a poem! “One of sour / Two of sweet / Three of strong / And four of weak”, which would translate to: “one part bitter, two parts sweet, three parts strong [alcohol] and four parts weak [water]. ]”. Here is our version, tasty, which evokes the pleasure of receiving with each sip.
