Apples and Crème de menthe Sour
1 oz (30ml) gin
½ oz (15 ml) green mint cream
¾ oz (22 ml) vanilla syrup
2 oz (60 ml) apple juice
Rosemary (for garnish)
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients without ice for 30 to 60 seconds.
Fill the shaker with ice and mix again.
Strain through a fine sieve into a glass fitted with a large cube of ice.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
