Classic Gin Pumice
1 ½ oz (45 ml) gin (citrus or spicy)
½ oz (15ml) honey
¾ oz (23 ml) fresh lemon juice
5 oz (150 ml) hot water
Lemon slice and clove (to garnish)
Heat a cup with boiling water then discard the water when ready to serve.
Add all the ingredients to the hot cup and stir with a spoon.
Garnish with a slice of lemon studded with cloves.
