Asian Martini with Emerald Unicorn Syrup
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45ml) sake
½ oz (15 ml) emerald unicorn syrup
2 oz (60 ml) peach nectar
2 slices of crushed ginger
Ground pepper (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, crush the ginger in the syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with ground pepper.
