Punch with Blueberry Syrup
Ingredients :
1 cup (250 ml) gin (boreal and forest)
½ cup (125 ml) blueberry syrup
1 ½ cups (375 ml) cold brew green tea
½ cup (125 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 cup (250ml) sparkling water
Fresh mint, blueberries and lemon slices (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a punch bowl, add all ingredients except sparkling water.
Fill the bowl with ice cream and stir with a wooden spoon.
Add sparkling water.
Garnish with mint leaves, fresh blueberries and lemon wedges.

At Monsieur Cocktail, our love for Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean is not new! We miss the Chicoutimi Wine Fair, the World Beer Festival, the frenzied Rachel and our friends at the Distillerie du Fjord.
