Christmas Gin Punch with Grenadine Syrup

Ingredients :

1 cup (250ml) gin

¾ cup (180 ml) elderberry liqueur

¾ cup (180 ml) grenadine syrup

2 cups (500 ml) pineapple juice

1 bottle (750 ml) of sparkling wine

Lemon slices, fresh thyme and pomegranate (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a punch bowl, add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine.

Fill the bowl with ice cream and stir with a spoon or ladle.

Add the dry sparkling wine.

Garnish with lemon slices

sprigs of fresh thyme and pomegranate seeds.
