Rejean
Ingredients :
2 oz (60 oz) dark rum
½ oz (15 ml) maple syrup
1/2 lime, quartered
Preparation :
In a short glass, mash the lime wedges in the syrup.
Add the dark rum and stir lightly with a chopstick or bar spoon.
