Rosita with Grapefruit Syrup
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) 100% agave white tequila
¾ oz (23 ml) bitter liqueur (Campari style)
¾ oz (23 ml) red vermouth
1 C. (5 ml) grapefruit syrup
Grapefruit zest (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain into a short glass fitted with a large cube of ice.
Garnish with a zest of grapefruit.
About our Rosita with Grapefruit Syrup
The Rosita is a revisited version of the famous Negroni, a bitter classic softened by the caramel of the vermouth, with a very vegetal finish thanks to the tequila.
