Peach Sangria with Peach Syrup

Sangria au sirop de pêche
Ingredients :

3 oz (90 ml) white wine

1/2 oz (15 ml) peach syrup

1/3 oz (10 ml) fresh lemon juice

2 oz (60 ml) still or sparkling water

Fine herbs and citrus (for garnish)

Preparation :

Fill with ice, then pour in all the ingredients (except the sparkling water).

Mix with a spoon or a chopstick until your fingers become very cold.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish with a citrus wheel.
