Passion Fruit Sangria
3 oz (90 ml) white wine
1/2 oz (15 ml) passion fruit syrup
1/3 oz (10 ml) pineapple juice
2 oz (60 ml) Ginger Ale
Basil (for garnish)
In a wine glass filled with ice, pour all the ingredients (except the sparkling water).
Mix with a spoon or a chopstick until your fingers become very cold.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with fresh basil.
