White Sangria with Grapefruit and Pineapple Syrups
Ingredients :
2 cups (500 ml) white wine 2 oz (60 ml) gin (herbal or citrus)
2 oz (60 ml) grapefruit syrup
2 oz (60 ml) pineapple syrup
1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
20 fresh mint leaves
1 cup sparkling water (optional)
Lime slices and fresh mint (for garnish)
Rondelles de lime et menthe fraîche (pour décorer)
Preparation :
In a large pitcher, add all the ingredients.
Fill the pitcher with ice and stir gently with a wooden spoon.
Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint.
Serve immediately in cups.
