Spiced Red sangria with Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients :

2 cups (500 ml) red wine (Cabernet sauvignon)

¾ cup (190 ml) dark rum

1 cup (250 ml) blueberry syrup

½ cup (125 ml) clementine or orange juice

2 cups (500ml) sparkling water

Cinnamon stick and star anise (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a large pitcher, add all the ingredients.

Fill the pitcher with ice and stir gently with a wooden spoon.

Garnish with cinnamon sticks and star anise.

Serve immediately in cups.
