About our Next level Sangrita
No, this is not a spelling error and therefore no, this is not a wine cocktail. This is the traditional way to drink tequila. Forget salt and lemon. Sangrita is a spicy and fruity mixture often prepared with leftover pomegranate, orange, chili pepper and tomatoes. Although in Mexico they prefer it more on citrus and less tomato than in North America, it's the kind of recipe that you can adjust according to your tastes. You'll see, it's infinitely better than licking salt while biting into a lemon wedge. Infinitely better.
