Sidecar with Orange Syrup

Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) VS cognac
½ oz (15 ml) orange syrup
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
Orange zest
Preparation :
Run a lemon wedge around the outer edge of a wine glass.
Dip edges moistened with lemon juice in sugar.
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled cup.
Garnish with an orange zest.
