Classic Sidecar

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante - Sidecar classique
Ingredients :

1 ½ oz (45 ml) VS brandy

¾ oz (23 ml) orange liqueur

1 C. 1/2 tsp (5 mL) simple syrup or cane syrup

1 oz (30ml) lemon juice

Rim of sugar and lemon zest (for garnish)

Preparation :

Run a lemon wedge around the outer edge of a cut.

Dip edges moistened with lemon juice in sugar.

In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.

Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.

Garnish with a lemon zest.
