Sparkling Mango Grapefruit Lemonade
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic pink gin
½ oz (15 ml) mango syrup
4 oz (120 ml) pink grapefruit soda
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Preparation :
Add gin and cold soda to a chilled flute.
With the back of the spoon, gently pour in the mango syrup so as not to create too much foam.
Garnish with a lemon zest
