1 ¼ cup (310 ml) absinthe
1 cup lime syrup
1 ¼ cups (310 ml) cold water
½ peeled cucumber
Fresh mint (for garnish)
In a food processor, grind the syrup, water and cucumber.
Strain through a fine sieve into a dish and add the absinthe.
Freeze for at least 12 hours.
Pour the desired amount of slush into your favorite glass.
