Citrus Rum Slush
1 cup dark or spiced rum
½ cup (125 ml) tiki syrup
1 cup (250 ml) orange or mango juice
½ cup (125 ml) pineapple juice
⅓ cup (80 mL) fresh lime juice
6 slices of fresh ginger
Pineapple leaf (for garnish)
In a blender, grind the rum and ginger.
Pour into a dish with the rest of the ingredients.
Freeze for at least 12 hours.
Pour the desired amount of slush into your favorite glass.
Will keep for 1 month in the freezer. Makes about 6 servings.
