3 oz (90 ml) white rum
1 ½ oz (45 ml) lime syrup
6 blanched mint leaves
2 cups (500ml) ice
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Dip the mint leaves in boiling water for 5 seconds, then transfer them to ice water to blanch them. To book.
In a blender add all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and pour into your favorite glass.
Decorate with fresh mint.
