Classic Mojito Slush
2 cups (500ml) white rum
¾ cup (175 ml) cane syrup
⅔ cup (160 mL) fresh lime juice
½ cup (125ml) cold water
30 mint leaves
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Dip the mint leaves in boiling water for 5 seconds, then transfer them to ice water to blanch them. To book.
In a blender, grind the syrup and the mint.
Strain through a fine sieve into a dish and add the rest of the ingredients.
Freeze for at least 12 hours.
Pour the desired amount of slush into your favorite glass.
