Vodka, Kiwi and Basil Smash
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) vodka
½ oz (15 ml) of
¼ crushed kiwi
8 crushed basil leaves
Kiwi slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mash the kiwi in the syrup.
Add remaining ingredients
fill with ice and stir.
Strain through a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a kiwi wheel.
