Non-alcoholic Strawberry Sour with NOA Pink Gin
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic pink gin
½ oz (15 ml) sirop de licorne
1 egg white
Strawberry (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, put all the ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a strawberry.
