About our Spritz with Grapefruit Syrup
The spritz is the Italian aperitif par excellence. He was born in Venice and has undergone a superb evolution over time. In the 19th century, it was just a dash of sparkling water that you added to your glass of white wine. Then, the Italian bitter liqueur Apérol was added after its birth in 1919 and, finally, it froze in time with the arrival of Prosecco to replace the wine. Avoid putting few ice cubes in your glass, the mixture will lose its bite!
