Ingredients :

1 ½ oz (45 ml) Apéritif Italien sans alcool

1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic wheat beer

1 oz (30ml) sparkling water

Orange slice (to garnish)

Preparation :

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a slice of orange.

About our Beer Spritz with NOA Italian Aperitif

With the incredible quality of non-alcoholic beers on the market, we figured a non-alcoholic beer Spritz couldn't be a bad idea. We were not mistaken, alcohol-free beer being naturally lighter and less loaded with malt taste, a new classic was born! (we wanted to call it a Britz – for beer – but the name was unfortunately already taken).
