½ oz (15 ml) floral tonic
2 oz (60 ml) dry sparkling wine
1 oz (30ml) sparkling water
Rhubarb and sage (for garnish)
In a wine glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the bubbles) and mix with a stick or a spoon.

About our Rhubarb Spritz
This spritz tastes like spring, and more specifically the month of June. With fresh rhubarb and the smell of flowers lining the fields, we use here the natural bitterness of rhubarb and our floral tonic to create an explosion of aromas and freshness.
