Non-alcoholic Rhubarb Spritz with NOA Orange Aperitivo and Pink Unicorn Syrup
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic orange aperitivo
½ oz (15 ml) pink unicorn syrup
2 oz (60 ml) Non-alcoholic dry sparkling wine
1 oz (30ml) sparkling water
Grapefruit and sage (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a wine glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the bubbles) and mix with a stick or a spoon.
Top with sparkling water and sparkling wine.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and sage.

This spritz tastes like spring, and more specifically the month of June. With fresh rhubarb and the smell of flowers lining the fields, we use here the natural bitterness of rhubarb and our floral tonic to create an explosion of aromas and freshness.
