Classic Pomegranate Iced Tea with Grapefruit Syrup

Ingredients :

4 oz (120 ml) grapefruit syrup

1 ½ tsp. black tea

1 ½ tsp. chamomile herbal tea

The seeds of half a pomegranate

3 green cardamom pods

6 slices of lemon

1 ¾ 5L of cold water

Preparation :

Add all the ingredients to a 2L pitcher, taking care to lightly crush the cardamom pods.

Leave to infuse for 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Strain through a fine sieve into another pitcher.

Serve in tall glasses filled with ice.

Garnish with lemon slices and pomegranate seeds.
