Tiramisu with Salted Caramel Syrup

Tiramisu au sirop de caramel salé
Ingredients :

1 oz (30ml) vodka

1 oz (30 ml) coffee liqueur

½ oz (15 ml) salted caramel syrup

1 ½ oz (45 ml) 35% cream

½ oz (15 ml) mascarpone

Cocoa powder

Lady's finger (to garnish)

Preparation :

In a bowl, whisk the cream and mascarpone until smooth.

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix with ice.

Strain through a strainer into a coupe or martini glass.

Sprinkle the top of the cocktail with cocoa powder.

Garnish with a lady’s finger.
