Classic Spiced Mulled Wine

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante -  vin chaud épicé classique
Ingredients :

1 bottle of red wine

½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup

1 cup (250 mL) Nutra-Fruit Cranberry Juice

Zest and juice of one orange

The juice of a lemon

4 cloves

1 cinnamon stick

8 slices of fresh ginger

Fresh rosemary and cranberries (to garnish)

Preparation :

Break the cinnamon stick and add it with all the ingredients to a saucepan.

Heat over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. (Do not bring to a boil).

Filter the spices through a fine sieve before serving in beautiful cups.

Decorate with fresh rosemary and cranberries.
