Highball Whiskey with Peach Syrup

Ingredients :

1 ½ oz (45 ml) whiskey

4 ½ oz (135 ml) sparkling water

1 teaspoon (5 ml) peach syrup

Lemon zest (for garnish)

Preparation :

Pour the whiskey and syrup into a tall glass.

Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish with a lemon zest
