This tonic is a metaphor for the love that Stephen, Patricia, Barry and their entire team put into each hand-filled bottle. It is of paramount importance to us that each citrus peel and quinine maceration be as perfect as possible. This is why we limit our batches to 100 L each and avoid using huge vats. Made with the finest organic hibiscus and a perfect blend of lime, grapefruit and orange, this tonic loves gin, but also thrives in tequila and bourbon.
How to use it?
In iced teas (green, oolong, sencha), with sparkling water and lemonade;
In the kitchen to make vinaigrettes with gravlax, Greek salad or oysters.
