Love Tonic

This tonic is a metaphor for the love that Stephen, Patricia, Barry and their entire team put into each hand-filled bottle. It is of paramount importance to us that each citrus peel and quinine maceration be as perfect as possible. This is why we limit our batches to 100 L each and avoid using huge vats. Made with the finest organic hibiscus and a perfect blend of lime, grapefruit and orange, this tonic loves gin, but also thrives in tequila and bourbon.

How to use it?

• Wheat beers;
• red sangria;
• In iced teas (green, oolong, sencha), with sparkling water and lemonade;
• In the kitchen to make vinaigrettes with gravlax, Greek salad or oysters.
