A rich, fresh, and deliciously fruity blueberry syrup. Lovingly made in small batches, we use a blend of wild blueberries from Lac Saint-Jean and blueberries grown in the same splendid region. It's the liquid version of a grandmother's blueberry pie from Alma, a true breath of fresh Fjord air thatwill make your water and cocktails not flat at all.
How to use it?
White and dark beers;
Red and pink sangria;
Perfect in kir or royal kir;
In iced teas (green, oolong, sencha), with sodas, in lemonade and aguas frescas;
In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad and pancakes as well as vinaigrettes.
