Le plus populaire de nos sirops d’agrumes, notre sirop de lime est fait avec la plus grande délicatesse lors de l’embouteillage. Nous faisons d’abord réchauffer l’eau et le sucre et ajoutons au dernier moment le jus de lime pressé à froid. Une fois pasteurisé et embouteillé, les bouteilles faites en petits lots terminent leur périple au réfrigérateur, comme tous nos autres sirops d’ailleurs, afin de livrer le produit le plus pur et le plus près possible du sirop de lime à froid.
Tu peux en verser partout, mais on te conseille de viser dans le mojito direct. C’est plus efficace et ça fait des planchers moins collants.
Comment l'utiliser?
Bières blondes et blanches;
Sangrias blanches, rouges et rosées;
Parfait en kir ou en kir royal;
En thé glacé ou avec votre café froid, avec le cola, en limonade ou pour relever un kombucha;
En cuisine pour réaliser des coulis sur la crème glacée, le yogourt et la salade de fruits, ainsi qu'en vinaigrette ou marinade pour le tartare, le ceviche et la viande.
