Bee's Knees with Lemon Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) gin (forest or boreal)
½ oz (15 ml) lemon syrup
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp boiling water
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, add honey and hot water
and stir with a spoon to dilute it.
Put the rest of the ingredients in the shaker.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a lemon zest.
